Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment please contact us no less than 24 hours prior to your appointment. If a client chronically cancels or reschedules appointments, K9 Endeavors Dog Training LLC. reserves the right to take a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Health/Vaccine records must be provided for each animal participating in any service provided. K9 Endeavors Dog Training LLC. reserves the right decline services to any client at the discretion of the business. Due to the nature of in-home training and mobile grooming K9 Endeavors Dog Training cannot guarantee an exact time of arrival for scheduled services. We will however, do everything possible to keep the client informed of any changes in the scheduled arrival time and or services to be provided.
